SOOOOO......it's time for FOOTBALL and TAILGATING! We love this time of year and love spending time with some of our favorite folks on Friday night. I am so appreciative of the great families that we get to hang out with - they are incredible cooks! - and we always come home from the games with a smile on our face. Thanks to our FMC crew!
This is Cali and her sweet friend, K. I especially love this little girl - she was one of the first little girls to come play at our house after Cali came home from China. These two play SO well together (and are a bit honery!). They were getting ready to cheer for the varsity football game that evening after a week of cheer camp.

Cali is the one in the black jacket. She had spent the morning in the emergency room with breathing issues (yes, again), so wasn't feeling the best. However she BEGGED me to be able to cheer - "Mom, I worked SO hard at cheer camp this week - PLLLEEEAAASSSEEE let me cheer - just one cheer - and then I'll just stand there." How do I turn that one down? Needless to say, she didn't do too much but she was there...and that is what matters.
Again, middle row in the black jacket. She did a great job that evening despite feeling so bad!
